Business Compliance Operations Officer

About the role

This position reports directly to the Regional Head of the Americas and supports a diverse international client portfolio. You will work across corporate administration, governance, compliance and operational activities, ensuring high‑quality client service and regulatory excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage CDD/KYC processes for client onboarding, periodic reviews and trigger events, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.
• Own onboarding workflows, proactively identifying and resolving issues to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation, keeping due‑diligence information up to date.
• Identify, assess and escalate potential compliance risks, inconsistencies and control gaps.
• Partner with Compliance, Operations and business teams across the Group to support effective risk management and service delivery.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting, governance initiatives, quality‑assurance activities and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk, compliance, corporate administration or a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT requirements, including PEPs and enhanced due‑diligence processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with stakeholder engagement experience.
