Senior Accountant – International Audit Role in Bermuda

About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified CA(SA) to join a leading international firm in Bermuda as a Senior Accountant. This role offers the chance to work on diverse audit engagements and gain valuable international exposure within a premier financial services hub.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and completing audit engagements for an international client portfolio.
• Evaluate and test internal controls, financial reporting processes and business operations.
• Perform audit testing and prepare high‑quality working papers in line with professional standards.
• Analyse financial information to identify key business and audit risks.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and engagement teams to ensure timely delivery of audit projects.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to exceptional client service.
• Develop industry knowledge across financial services, insurance and investment management.

Required profile

• Newly qualified CA(SA) or passed APC/Board 2 exam (eligible to register as CA(SA)).
• Big 4 audit experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong academic record and solid technical accounting abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Bermuda.
