Senior Consultant – Turnaround & Restructuring (Bermuda)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Turnaround & Restructuring practice in Bermuda. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance and hands‑on support for corporate recovery, insolvency and operational turnaround projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and execute work streams across engagements in corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency, liquidations, bankruptcy and operational turnarounds.
• Utilise analytical tools and technologies to help clients navigate uncertainty and complex business environments.
• Develop and mentor junior team members to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Participate in well‑being, sustainability and community initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s shared values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Qualified or near‑qualified with an internationally recognised professional designation such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, CPI, INSOL Foundation Certificate, JD, LLM or LLB, plus any post‑graduate law qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in turnaround, restructuring or related advisory work.
