Senior Turnaround & Restructuring Consultant – BBC Region

About the role

Join EY's Financial Services Office (FSO) in the BBC region (Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman) as a Senior Turnaround & Restructuring Consultant. You will work within a global team to advise clients on insolvency, liquidation and restructuring matters, delivering high‑quality solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute restructuring, liquidation and insolvency procedures under the guidance of senior managers and partners.
• Define engagement scope, prepare analyses and reports, and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, ensuring delivery of high‑quality work.
• Identify risks early, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support complex financial services engagements.

Required profile

• Significant experience in liquidations (both solvent and insolvent).
• Background in turnaround, restructuring, or related investigations is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while supporting senior team members.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a client‑focused mindset.
