Spa Director – Luxury Resort

About the role

Fairmont Southampton is seeking a dynamic Director, Spa to lead the operation of its 30,000‑square‑foot luxury spa. Reporting to the Director of Leisure & Recreation, you will shape the spa’s strategic direction, ensure world‑class guest experiences, and drive financial performance in line with Fairmont and Accor standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the spa’s business plan, aligning with resort objectives and brand standards.
• Provide strategic leadership for all spa services, programming, and wellness offerings.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing spa leadership team and staff.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and vendor management.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance spa treatments and facilities to exceed guest expectations and market trends.
• Collaborate with resort leadership to ensure a seamless, elevated guest journey across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing luxury spa operations in a resort or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills with a focus on high service standards.
