Sales Support Executive

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s largest resort, as a Sales Support Executive. Reporting to the Area Regional Director, Sales & Marketing, you will provide administrative and sales support to the resort’s Sales Managers and commercial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales inquiries, leads, follow‑ups and maintain accurate account information in Opera Cloud and CRM systems.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts and sales reports, and coordinate appointments, site inspections and client visits.
• Support local market activities by researching corporate accounts, assisting with client communications, and representing Fairmont professionally at networking events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with Group Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Events and Operations to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative or sales support, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM and hotel sales systems, preferably Opera Cloud.
