About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s premier luxury resort, as a Valet Attendant. You will be responsible for delivering flawless laundry, dry‑cleaning, and uniform services to guests and staff, ensuring every garment is treated with the utmost care and returned in pristine condition.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and document guest garments and staff uniforms, noting fabric types, stains, and special instructions.
• Operate laundry and dry‑cleaning equipment safely and efficiently according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Apply appropriate cleaning, stain‑removal, pressing, steaming, and finishing techniques to meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Maintain garment quality throughout the cleaning process, handling items with precision and care.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests and colleagues.
