Cabin Crew Member

About the role

BermudAir, Bermuda's home carrier and a premium airline operating Embraer E175 and E190 aircraft to North America and the Caribbean, is looking for experienced Cabin Crew Members to join its team. The position is full-time, based in Hamilton, and involves ensuring passenger safety, delivering excellent service and complying with aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and well-being throughout each flight
• Deliver exceptional customer service that creates memorable flying experiences
• Handle emergencies calmly and competently
• Attend to in-flight needs, including meal and beverage service
• Comply with aviation regulations, company policies and operating procedures

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Height and reach standards to operate emergency equipment, with a passion for fitness and strong swimming ability
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience as Cabin Crew or in a similar customer service role
• Valid passport; applicants undergo a background check and complete a training program

Required skills

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
• Cabin crew certification or training
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
