About the role
The Lead, Consumer Insights and Analytics will drive data‑powered marketing strategies for Royal Caribbean Group’s brands. Based onsite in Bermuda, this role partners with Media, CRM, Brand Marketing and Revenue teams to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop scalable analytics solutions, dashboards and self‑service tools for Media & Customer Strategy and other commercial partners.
- Apply AI, machine learning and automation to answer marketing and commercial questions, improve efficiency and scale insights.
- Support ad‑hoc analysis across diverse data sources, translating findings into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to build KPIs, monitor performance and identify growth opportunities throughout the guest lifecycle.
Required profile
- Four‑year Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of analytics experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, strategic thinking and attention to detail.
Required skills
- SQL
- Power BI
- Advanced Excel
- PowerPoint
- Python or R
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) for data analysis and AI‑based coding agents
