People & Culture Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s largest resort, as the People & Culture Manager. Reporting to the Assistant Director, People & Culture, you will lead daily HR programs, policies, and colleague initiatives to foster a positive work environment aligned with Fairmont and Accor values.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues on People & Culture policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Support talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, training, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Assist in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent.
• Resolve employee relations issues through coaching, guidance, investigation, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct workplace investigations and maintain appropriate documentation and records.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects Fairmont and Accor values.
• Support colleague recognition, engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with the administration of disciplinary actions.
