Senior Manager – Actuarial Consulting (P&C)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Actuarial Consulting practice within the Property & Casualty (P&C) line of the Financial Services Office. The role sits in EY’s FSO and works across the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands, collaborating with global teams to deliver assurance, consulting and strategy services to insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale client engagements in P&C actuarial consulting, covering financial reporting, risk management and actuarial transformation.
• Deliver financial modelling, IFRS 17 implementation and capital optimisation projects.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, audit engagements and new‑business start‑up services.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑border teams in the UK, Europe and the US to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Qualified actuary with extensive experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams and complex client projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior client leaders.
