Airport Manager – Bermuda

About the role

British Airways is seeking an Airport Manager for its Bermuda station. You will be accountable for the overall performance of the airport operation, ensuring safety, security, punctuality and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Customer Service team to deliver excellent service.
• Drive colleague engagement and operational performance, meeting station KPIs and service targets.
• Maintain full safety, security and audit compliance and act as Local Emergency Coordinator.
• Represent British Airways with airport authorities, government agencies and suppliers.
• Manage station budgets, financial compliance and supplier performance against SLAs.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Sound decision‑making and problem‑solving capability.
• Good business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, flexible and collaborative approach, able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work weekends, irregular shifts and travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience using a Safety System.
