Assets Product Manager

About the role

As an Assets Product Manager within HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking division, you will be responsible for managing and developing the bank's secured and unsecured lending portfolios (excluding credit cards). The role focuses on driving profitability while enhancing the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the HSBC Bermuda secured and unsecured lending portfolios.
• Manage product performance and oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
• Lead planning, development, implementation and delivery of new products and features.
• Drive proposition development, pricing, retention strategies, communication, marketing and policy.
• Establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support product outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services or a comparable sector.
• Strong planning, organisational, project‑management, statistical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and lateral‑thinking skills.
• Knowledge of specialised product industry, relevant products and applicable regulations.
• Previous lending experience is desirable.
