Contract Counselor / Psychologist (Remote)

About the role

Spring Health is seeking licensed mental‑health professionals to join its provider network on a part‑time contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to deliver evidence‑based counseling to adults (and optionally children, adolescents, couples, or families) who have been screened through the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide short‑term, goal‑focused EAP sessions and longer‑term therapy as medically necessary.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar and complete session documentation promptly in the scheduling system.
• Use evidence‑based modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with provider support, clinical navigation, and administrative teams for assistance.
• Deliver culturally competent, empathetic care that respects diversity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Active licensure to practice counseling/psychology in Bermuda.
• Minimum three years of independent clinical experience.
• Professional liability insurance at market rates.
• Fluent conversational English for onboarding and clinical interviews.
• Access to a reliable computer and comfort with tele‑health technology.

Required skills

• Training and experience in evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
• Ability to conduct safety planning and intervene in high‑risk situations.
