Digital Education Specialist

About the role

Allshores is looking for a Digital Education Specialist to act as the trusted subject‑matter expert for its member‑facing technology, including the portal, mobile experience and other digital tools. The role will accelerate adoption and effective use of these solutions by designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, educational content and user‑support programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for complex digital platform questions from customer‑facing teams.
• Develop and deliver training on digital platforms and tools for all customer‑facing teams.
• Support corporate client engagements on digital adoption, presenting to employer groups and HR stakeholders.
• Lead member education sessions covering portal navigation, self‑service capabilities and digital tools.
• Create and maintain user guides, tutorials and quick‑reference materials for teams and members.
• Design and execute digital adoption campaigns with proactive outreach to unregistered members.
• Monitor adoption metrics, identify barriers and recommend improvements to increase engagement.
• Gather feedback on the digital experience, identify UX issues and escalate platform improvements.
• Test and validate new digital features before rollout to front‑line teams.
• Coordinate with IT and product colleagues on enhancements, fixes and deployment readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital adoption, digital product, member experience or customer enablement roles, with at least 3 years developing and delivering learning content.
• Experience with customer‑facing digital platforms; insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong training, facilitation and presentation capability across diverse audiences.
• Understanding of learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
• Good grasp of UX principles and digital engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking adoption metrics and identifying trends.
