Head of Global Trade Solutions Sales – Bermuda

About the role

HSBC is seeking a dynamic leader to head Global Trade Solutions (GTS) sales in Bermuda. You will drive revenue growth for international corporate and institutional clients, positioning HSBC as a premier provider of innovative trade finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth in line with the Financial Resource Plan and GTS Europe targets while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain high sales intensity across the frontline team and foster a results‑driven culture.
• Develop creative client solutions and address internal and external challenges.
• Ensure a high‑quality customer experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify new revenue sources and contribute to the development of GTS propositions.
• Act as a role model, mentor talent, and support succession planning.
• Represent GTS on the Europe Executive Committee and collaborate with regional and global functions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and sales targets in a client‑centric environment.
• Deep knowledge of trade finance and broad corporate/commercial banking experience.
• Experience in product management, business planning and financial management.
• Strong leadership, team‑building and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
