HVAC Technician – Luxury Resort (Bermuda)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join the Engineering team at a luxury resort in Bermuda. The position focuses on the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of VRF air‑conditioning systems in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain and repair VRF air‑conditioning systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and fault‑finding on all HVAC equipment.
• Take ownership of technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing knowledge across the engineering team.
• Support the wider resort operations by ensuring reliable climate control.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on HVAC experience within a 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Extensive practical experience with VRF air‑conditioning systems – essential.
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain and repair VRF equipment.
• Relevant HVAC technical qualifications or certifications.
• Adaptable, solutions‑focused and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to train colleagues and strengthen team expertise.
• Open to relocating to Bermuda and eligible for a work permit.
