Immigration Specialist (3–6 Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist on a 3‑to‑6‑month contract to manage Bermuda work permit applications and provide immigration support to both clients and employees. The role involves end‑to‑end processing of permits, renewals and residency applications while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit Bermuda work permit and immigration applications.
• Manage new permits, renewals, short‑term permits and residency‑related applications.
• Liaise with the Department of Immigration, clients and candidates throughout the application process.
• Advise on immigration requirements and ensure supporting documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor applications, permit expiries and key deadlines while maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an immigration‑focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Bermuda immigration processes and requirements.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client‑service skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
