Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Lawyer – Associate

About the role

Our client, a leading offshore law firm, is looking for an Associate to join its Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team in Bermuda. The successful candidate will work on sophisticated cross‑border matters, providing legal advice and managing high‑value litigation and arbitration.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex cross‑border insolvency, corporate, commercial, trust, regulatory and arbitration issues.
• Independently manage high‑value litigation before Bermuda courts and arbitral tribunals.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and leverage top‑tier technology to deliver solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of post‑qualification experience in insolvency, dispute resolution or related practice areas.
• Ability to work independently and handle high‑stakes cases.
• Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
• Interest in cross‑border work and a collaborative mindset.
