International Restructuring Lawyer – Bermuda

About the role

Join a leading offshore boutique in Bermuda as a non‑contentious restructuring specialist. The position ranges from Associate to Counsel and involves advising on complex, cross‑border corporate restructuring matters alongside world‑class law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Bermuda counsel on major international restructuring transactions.
• Work closely with senior partners on cross‑border, non‑contentious restructuring projects.
• Draft and review restructuring agreements, memoranda, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure seamless execution of restructuring strategies.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa).
• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate restructuring.
• Experience with a leading offshore, UK, or comparable commercial law firm.
• Open to candidates from mid‑associate level up to counsel.
