Investment Operations Analyst

About the role

The Investment Operations Analyst supports AXIS Capital's Fixed Income Investments team by ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant investment operations. The role combines reporting, coordination of meetings, and execution of cash and security transactions to enhance decision‑making and operational agility.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format fixed‑income reports and presentations for committees using MS Office and AI tools.
• Manage scheduling, agendas, and materials for investment meetings and reviews.
• Draft and issue professional correspondence to third‑party investment managers.
• Maintain investment documents and secure filing systems.
• Respond to client and internal inquiries, conducting research and directing requests as needed.
• Execute cash and security movements to support liquidity and compliance.
• Monitor trust structures and ensure compliance with agreements and regulations.
• Assist with investment custody relationships and banking account information.
• Support the risk system for data accuracy.
• Enter investment data and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to sustain investment operations.
• Stay informed of industry, regulatory, and technology developments.
