Investment Operations Analyst

About the role

AXIS Capital is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support its Fixed Income Investments team. The role ensures accurate reporting, efficient cash and security transactions, and compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to the firm’s strategic investment objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format fixed income reports and presentations for committees using MS Office and AI tools.
• Manage scheduling, materials, and professional correspondence for investment meetings and third‑party managers.
• Execute cash and security movements, monitor trust structures, and maintain investment custody and banking information.
• Maintain investment documents, filing systems, and risk system data while supporting automation initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in the (re)insurance or investment industry.
• Interest in pursuing a professional designation such as CFA, CA or CPA.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled platforms for data processing.

What we offer

• Base salary $95,000‑$120,000 per year, plus competitive incentive compensation.
