Lead Physiotherapist (Senior)

About the role

Physio First is seeking a Lead Physiotherapist to head a growing practice in Bermuda. You will combine strong clinical expertise with the ability to educate, motivate and guide patients through recovery, while also building your own professional brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full patient journey from initial conversation, assessment, treatment to ongoing rehabilitation.
• Deliver one‑on‑one physiotherapy sessions, movement coaching, therapeutic exercise and hands‑on techniques such as massage, soft‑tissue work and assisted stretching.
• Prepare individualized home‑exercise programs and maintain clear clinical documentation.
• Provide free patient consultations, initial assessments and ongoing education to support long‑term recovery.

Required profile

• Master's or Doctorate level qualification in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy, accepted for registration in Bermuda.
• Minimum 5 years post‑graduate clinical physiotherapy experience, including at least 2 years in a relevant practice area.
• Eligible for professional registration and legal work authorization in Bermuda.
