Luxury Residence Butler

About the role

We are seeking a Residence Butler who embodies our philosophy of hospitality as a calling to inspire and elevate. The Butler provides highly specialized, luxury‑level personal service to homeowners and villa guests at The Loren, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for the penthouse and seven three‑bedroom villas, delivering consistent personal service.
• Manage pre‑arrival planning, including amenity setups, transportation, reservations, and itinerary coordination.
• Conduct residence orientations, explaining features, systems, safety information, and available services.
• Provide day‑to‑day lifestyle services such as personal assistance, private event coordination, and household‑style support.
• Handle luggage, wardrobe care, and coordinate laundry or dry‑cleaning services.
• Maintain luxury brand standards for cleanliness, scenting, lighting, ambiance, and readiness.
• Inspect residences, address maintenance issues, monitor inventory, and ensure equipment is impeccably maintained.
• Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Front Office, and F&B to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in international or Caribbean luxury hospitality, preferably serving high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Proven background in luxury hotels, private households, or high‑end cruise environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred and additional language skills valued.
