Membership & Learning Manager

About the role

The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce is seeking a proactive Membership & Learning Manager to lead member engagement and professional development initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site position will coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning programs that support the Chamber’s diverse membership.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve the Chamber’s learning programs and curricula.
• Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Maintain and update the learning management system and related content.
• Collaborate with internal divisions and external partners to design relevant learning experiences.
• Monitor participation, collect feedback, and produce reports on program effectiveness.
• Support membership services, event coordination, and sponsorship administration as needed.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in administration, customer service, membership services, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
