Placement Recruiter

About the role

Artex, a leading provider of alternative risk and capital solutions, is seeking a Placement Recruiter to join its Bermuda office. You will act as a strategic talent partner, designing and executing recruitment strategies that attract high‑calibre candidates for a range of client businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Placements to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings, including CV reviews, interviews, and background checks.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide market insights, data analysis, and professional push‑back on talent strategies.

Required profile

• Motivated and dynamic individual with a strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot role‑specific challenges.
• Experience in recruitment or related HR functions is preferred.
