Placement Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for the position of Placement Recruiter in our Bermuda office. In this role you will act as a trusted strategic partner, developing talent strategies and delivering high‑calibre candidates to a variety of Bermuda‑based businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Placements to understand client requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative recruitment solutions and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and sustain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career goals and maintaining a steady talent pipeline.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including CV reviews, interviews and background checks.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Independently troubleshoot role‑specific challenges with clients and stakeholders.
• Communicate market conditions effectively and provide professional push‑back when needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
