Remote Destination Wedding Planner

About the role

Elite Escapes is looking for a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to turn couples' wedding visions into seamless travel experiences. You will combine travel‑planning expertise with a consultative sales approach, guiding couples and their guests from the first idea to confirmed bookings for ceremonies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design customized destination‑wedding travel itineraries, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions and honeymoon extensions.
• Connect with couples to capture their vision, budget, preferred destination and non‑negotiables, then present tailored options and guide them through the booking process.
• Coordinate group travel details, ensuring clear booking options, payment timelines and support for guests before departure.
• Handle inquiries and changes professionally, such as payments, room upgrades, guest additions, date adjustments, transfer needs and special requests.
• Enhance celebrations with romantic excursions, welcome experiences, local activities, honeymoon ideas and memorable “wow” moments.
• Provide end‑to‑end support from the initial consultation through travel, including pre‑departure communication, on‑trip assistance and post‑wedding follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities, comfortable guiding couples through decisions and concerns.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage guest lists, room options, payment schedules, travel documents and group logistics.
• Willingness to learn and use new tools such as CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms and group‑travel systems.
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events or travel is a plus, but not required; full training is provided.
• Genuine passion for romance, celebrations, travel and creating meaningful memories.
