Resort Driver

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s largest resort, as a Resort Driver. You will play a key part in delivering seamless guest experiences by safely transporting guests around the property and supporting operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests around the resort in a timely, safe, and friendly manner.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or personal items when needed.
• Provide guests with information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Operate a variety of resort vehicles, including cars, vans, utility trucks, and transport trucks, in compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and keep vehicles clean.

Required profile

• Professional and courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to act as a welcoming ambassador for the resort.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
