Senior Account Manager (Issuer Services)

About the role

Ocorian's Issuer Services team supports asset managers, private wealth, corporates and issuers with complex transactions, acting as independent administrator, corporate trustee and agent. This Senior Account Manager position joins a growing accounting team in Hamilton, working with a diverse portfolio of insurance-focused clients. You will deliver accounting, regulatory and administrative support and gain broad exposure to the insurance and financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of insurance clients, providing trusted accounting, regulatory and operational support.
• Prepare and oversee financial reporting in line with US GAAP or IFRS, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Build relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, brokers, banks and service providers.
• Support regulatory and statutory reporting, including Bermuda insurance filings and stock exchange-related activities.
• Contribute to business growth and continuous improvement by enhancing client service and promoting best practice.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant, such as CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' post-qualification experience, at least 1 year of which should be insurance related.
• Detailed knowledge of preparing GAAP and IFRS-compliant financial statements.
