Senior Collision Repair Technician

About the role

We are modernising a collision repair facility on a Caribbean island and need a Master/Senior Collision Repair Technician to lead advanced repairs. You will work hands‑on in the shop, delivering high‑quality structural and panel work in line with manufacturer guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle teardowns, identify hidden damage and carry out structural repairs using Car‑O‑Liner systems.
• Measure, align and prepare panels, execute cutting, riveting and MIG/spot welding.
• Collaborate with estimators to assess additional damage and ensure accurate repair scopes.
• Maintain a clean, organised workshop and uphold manufacturer standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced collision and structural repair.
• City & Guilds A.C.E. Certificate or equivalent international qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Team player willing to mentor junior technicians.
