About the role

We are looking for an organized, customer‑focused Booking Services Coordinator to support clients throughout the entire reservation process. You will research options, coordinate bookings, and ensure all details are accurate and communicated clearly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate reservation requests and verify all details for accuracy.
• Provide clients with confirmations, relevant information, and support for changes or special requests.
• Maintain precise client and booking records and follow up on missing information.
• Communicate effectively with service providers before and after reservations.

• Comfortable researching information online and learning web‑based platforms.
