Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

About the role

The Chief Sales & Marketing Officer leads all marketing, communications and customer engagement efforts across FoodHub's portfolio of brands. It suits a creative, data-driven leader who enjoys fast-paced work and understands brand building in hospitality. The role develops and implements marketing strategies using traditional and digital channels, including AI tools, to reach and retain customers, grow revenue and strengthen brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement unified brand strategies
• Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Boost customer engagement and loyalty initiatives
• Oversee creative content production (graphics, video, audio)
• Analyse market data and customer behaviour for insights
• Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities
• Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
• Collaborate on promotions with other departments
• Use BI reports to guide strategy
• Lead and mentor the marketing team
• Other duties as directed to support the company's leadership objectives

Required profile

• 3-5 years in multi-brand marketing roles
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent by experience
• Expertise in campaign design and performance measurement
