Corporate Lawyer – Associate

About the role

We are partnering with an international law firm based in Bermuda to recruit an Associate for its highly regarded Corporate team. The successful candidate will work on complex corporate transactions and general corporate matters for a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on public and private M&A transactions.
• Lead equity capital raisings and navigate public equity markets.
• Structure joint ventures and draft shareholders’ agreements.
• Provide counsel on corporate governance, continuations and discontinuations.
• Maintain day‑to‑day responsibility for matters and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
• Strong academic background.
• Analytical and technically excellent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible, collaborative team player.
