Litigation Associate (3+ PQE) – Bermuda

About the role

We are partnering with leading Bermuda law firms to recruit experienced dispute lawyers. The positions are open to candidates qualified in the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or Bermuda who have at least three years post‑qualification experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead contentious trust, banking and funds litigation matters.
• Handle shareholder disputes, insolvency, insurance and broader commercial disputes.
• Provide advocacy in court where required.
• Assist local clients with commercial litigation, debt recovery, banking enforcement, landlord‑tenant and contentious estate issues.
• Collaborate with senior partners and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor/advocate in the UK, Ireland, Australia, NZ, Canada or Bermuda.
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (3 PQE+).
• Demonstrated experience in any of the practice areas listed above.
• Willingness to relocate to Bermuda and work on‑site.
