Litigation Associate – Disputes Practice

About the role

Our Caribbean-based client law firm is seeking to grow its disputes practice by hiring an England and Wales (or other Commonwealth‑qualified) lawyer. You will work on a broad range of general corporate, commercial and trusts disputes while enjoying excellent career development opportunities in an attractive location.

Key responsibilities

• Handle general corporate, commercial and trusts dispute matters.
• Provide courtroom advocacy and represent clients in litigation proceedings.
• Engage in banking enforcement matters where required.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales (or other Commonwealth jurisdiction).
• Three to five years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Stable career history in a rated international, West End, top‑tier regional firm, or rated Chambers.
• Good advocacy experience is essential.
• Offshore firm experience is welcome but not mandatory.
• Banking enforcement experience is useful but not essential.
