Manager, Client Solutions – Savings & Retirement

About the role

The Manager, Client Solutions – Savings & Retirement will support PL Re’s growth in North America by combining technical expertise with creativity and strong interpersonal skills. Working closely with Insurance, Deal Pricing and Global Client Solutions teams, the role drives new business and innovative reinsurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and banks across North America.
• Lead the end‑to‑end quote process, from receipt to delivery, coordinating with subject‑matter experts and ensuring governance.
• Support AVP, Client Solutions in opportunity triage, quote strategy, commercial term proposals, and pricing sign‑off.
• Contribute to contractual structuring, treaty drafting and negotiation.
• Execute the longevity and asset‑intensive reinsurance strategy for the North American market.
• Represent PL Re at client events and conferences to expand network and achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensure consistent client engagement across product lines and global markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client management within insurance or reinsurance.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives and global stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and meeting‑facilitation skills.
