About the role

Pramerica Services Company Bermuda, LTD., a wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential Financial Group, is seeking a Manager, Planning & Analysis to co‑manage planning and analysis activities for its Bermuda‑based affiliates, Gibraltar Reinsurance Company Ltd. and Lotus Reinsurance Company Ltd. The role leads end‑to‑end forecasting, reporting and transaction‑related deliverables, providing executive‑ready insights for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end quarterly and semi‑annual forecasting for the Bermuda entities, consolidating inputs, assessing drivers and preparing executive materials.
• Lead quarterly actuals reporting and analysis, interpreting sales and settlement activity and delivering clear variance commentary.
• Monitor core financial metrics, identify trends and translate complex financial information into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with senior finance and business stakeholders to support reinsurance transactions, strategic initiatives and post‑transaction reporting.
• Develop executive‑ready presentations and recommendations for leadership discussions, business reviews and regulatory updates.
• Drive process improvements across planning and reporting activities to enhance quality, transparency and efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner across functions and geographies, influencing outcomes through analytical insight and clear communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CPA, CFA or equivalent professional designation; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, forecasting or reporting.
• Proven ability to lead complex, end‑to‑end processes and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to connect financial results to business drivers.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholder audiences.
• High degree of self‑motivation, ownership, attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment and develop thoughtful solutions.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during peak reporting periods.
