Pupillage Programme – 2026 Start

About the role

Walkers offers a rolling Pupillage Programme for a September 2026 or March 2027 start. This 12‑month, work‑based training provides qualified Bermudians and PRC holders with a solid foundation for a successful legal career, rotating across multiple practice areas.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Corporate, Finance, Funds, Fintech, Insurance, Insolvency, Dispute Resolution and Regulatory practices.
• Assist senior counsel and partners on industry‑leading transactions and legal matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various offices and specialised practice areas.
• Receive close supervision from a dedicated supervisor and mentorship from a partner throughout the programme.

Required profile

• Bermudian or PRC holder with a law degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) from a Commonwealth institution.
• Pass grade in the Solicitors Qualification Exam, Legal Practice Course or Bar Practice Course.
• Demonstrated academic achievement and commercial awareness.
• Commitment to a long‑term career in law at Walkers and alignment with an inclusive culture.
