Senior Associate – Insolvency & Restructuring (Bermuda)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking motivated professionals to join its Insolvency & Restructuring practice in Bermuda. As a Senior Associate, Assistant Manager, or Manager you will support client relationships, conduct liquidation and restructuring engagements, and deliver high‑quality advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct research on company assets, evaluate disposal techniques, and maximize investment value.
• Prepare financial statements, due‑diligence reports, and annual liquidation reporting.
• Develop recommendations based on industry best practices and Deloitte’s internal policies.
• Contribute to proposal writing and business development activities.
• Lead, plan, and execute work streams for corporate recovery, restructuring, insolvency, and forensic investigations (for Manager level).

Required profile

• Internationally recognised professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, LLM, CPI, or equivalent) or near qualification.
• Minimum 3 years audit or advisory experience, with at least 1 year in insolvency & restructuring (Senior Associate) or 4 years progressive experience for higher levels.
• Experience in a Big 4 professional services firm is preferred.
• Qualification from a common‑law jurisdiction (e.g., U.K., Canada, Australia) is advantageous.
