Human Capital Senior Associate – Temporary

About the role

PwC Bermuda is seeking a Human Capital Senior Associate for a temporary cover role from December 2026 to May 2027. You will ensure that core people processes run smoothly, delivering a responsive experience for employees, new joiners, and stakeholders across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑arrival and onboarding activities for employees, contractors and interns, including communications, orientation logistics and relocation readiness.
• Coordinate Bermuda immigration and work‑permit administration, handling document collection, application preparation, fee processing and record updates.
• Support employee lifecycle actions such as probation reviews, contract changes, departures, references and employment verifications.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Workday, conduct data‑quality reviews and assist with HR reporting.
• Administer Human Capital finance tasks, including invoice processing, fee reimbursements and related documentation.
• Oversee professional membership administration and provide recruitment or student‑related support as needed.
• Organise employee engagement initiatives, committee communications and people‑experience activities.
• Utilise Workday, Microsoft 365 and GenAI tools responsibly for records management and workflow consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Human Capital, HR operations, onboarding, immigration and recruitment coordination within a professional services environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday or a comparable HR information system.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for employee guidance and stakeholder updates.
