Recruitment Specialist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

PwC Bermuda is seeking a collaborative, digitally‑savvy Recruitment Specialist to join its Human Capital team on a remote contractor basis. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for a high‑volume, international hiring environment while ensuring a consistent, engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage job requisitions in Workday, keeping roles, applications and candidate stages up‑to‑date.
• Review new applications, support shortlisting and move candidates through the process within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate screening and business interviews using Workday, Outlook and Teams, handling candidate communications and feedback.
• Source talent on LinkedIn and similar platforms; build and maintain pipelines for current and future needs.
• Prepare recruitment trackers, pipeline summaries and status updates for stakeholders.
• Post jobs across relevant channels, ensuring accurate and consistent content.
• Support pre‑offer vetting, documentation and hand‑over to operations, immigration and onboarding teams.
• Work with recruitment agencies, maintaining accurate vendor and candidate records.
• Identify and implement improvements to templates, reporting and workflows using Workday, Microsoft 365, Copilot and other digital tools.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑volume international recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations, preferably in professional or financial services.
• Eligibility limited to CARICOM nationals legally residing and authorized to work in a CARICOM member country.
• Proven ability to manage requisitions, candidate stages and feedback in an ATS.
