Trust Associate – Private Clients

About the role

We are seeking a Trust Associate to manage private client trusts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high‑quality service to our global clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of trusts, averaging 5.5 billable hours per day.
• Conduct trust reviews, investment reviews, and ongoing transaction monitoring.
• Review trust financial statements and bank statements, arranging deposits as needed.
• Ensure accurate billing, collection of receivables, and maintenance of trust records.
• Respond to incoming correspondence within three working days and attend to client needs.
• Liaise with corporate administrators, bankers, protectors, investment managers, settlors and beneficiaries.
• Maintain compliance with trust regulatory requirements and Ocorian policies.

Required profile

• Formal trustee qualification (TEP or ICSA) or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of trust administration experience, capable of working independently.
• Broad knowledge of trust and estate administration, corporate trusts, accounting and investment principles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to handle high‑volume workloads and complex trust administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Word.
