Night Guest Service Manager (Part-Time)

About the role

The Night Guest Service Manager oversees all front‑office operations during the overnight shift at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this part‑time position ensures seamless guest experiences, accurate accounting, and smooth handover to the morning team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality guest service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Perform front‑desk duties, including check‑in, check‑out and night‑audit accounting procedures.
• Prepare and execute the nightly end‑of‑day financial reconciliation.
• Log guest comments in the Royal Service system and compile a summary for the morning meeting.
• Supervise Night Bellmen, Night Auditor and contracted overnight staff, providing on‑the‑job training as needed.
• Identify training needs for front‑office personnel and communicate them to the Night Manager.
• Monitor the overnight cleaning team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Gather guest feedback, resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction before shift end.

Required profile

• Previous experience in front‑office or night‑audit roles within a hotel environment.
• Proven ability to supervise and train night‑shift staff.
• Strong attention to detail for financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused attitude.

• Familiarity with the Royal Service guest‑management system.
