Guest Service Agent

About the role

The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, Bermuda’s iconic luxury urban resort. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will deliver proactive, professional service that creates memorable experiences and reinforces the Fairmont brand.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, verify payment methods and ensure full settlement at checkout.
• Log guest requests, follow up on completion and resolve concerns promptly.
• Promote and direct guests to on‑site events, special programs and amenities.
• Prepare express check‑outs, reconcile cash and credit card transactions, and balance daily float.
• Generate and distribute daily reports, manage PMS inventory, and monitor room availability and rates.
• Relocate overbooked guests and ensure compliance with all corporate, safety and health policies.
• Participate in hotel committees and support community initiatives.
