Actuarial Consulting Senior – Life

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Actuarial Consultant specializing in Life insurance to join its Financial Services Office in Bermuda. You will work on cross‑border engagements alongside teams in the UK, Europe and the US, delivering actuarial expertise to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial reporting and risk management projects for life insurers.
• Lead actuarial transformation initiatives and develop financial models.
• Provide expertise on mergers and acquisitions, capital optimisation and investment advisory.
• Assist with audit support and approved actuary services.
• Guide new business start‑up services and IFRS 17 implementation.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality work on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to professional development and progression toward chartered status.
