Bell Person (Night)

About the role

The Night Bell Person provides premium guest service during the night shift at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, Bermuda’s iconic luxury resort. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, ensuring their luggage, messages, and room deliveries are handled with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guests to their rooms, escort them, and give a brief overview of room features.
• Transport luggage, messages, and other items promptly and safely between the lobby and guest rooms.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, offering assistance and information about hotel facilities.
• Follow all hotel emergency procedures and health‑safety guidelines, especially during epidemics.
• Assist with guest room changes and support departmental policies and service standards.
• Participate in hotel committees and uphold Fairmont brand standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑guest‑service role with strong verbal communication.
• Energetic, personable, and able to work well with colleagues and guests.
• Good physical condition for frequent and repetitive lifting of luggage.
• Impeccable appearance and professional demeanor.
