Fairmont Gold Concierge – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a Fairmont Gold Concierge to deliver a personalized “hotel‑within‑a‑hotel” experience for our Gold guests at Fairmont Southampton. Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager, you will combine front‑desk operations, concierge support and VIP guest care to ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued and fully supported throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, personalized welcome and efficient check‑in/check‑out for Fairmont Gold guests, coordinating with housekeeping and lounge teams to ensure room readiness.
• Offer curated recommendations for dining, spa, golf and local attractions, make reservations, book experiences and arrange transportation or special requests.
• Respond promptly to guest calls, messages and emails, collaborating with Food & Beverage, Leisure & Recreation and other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain the Fairmont Gold Lounge and concierge areas to luxury standards, monitor guest feedback and take corrective action as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of customer‑service experience in luxury hospitality or concierge roles; front‑desk or club lounge experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary hospitality education is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
