Guest Service Overnight Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Service Overnight Manager to lead our Guest Services team during the night shift at Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda’s largest resort. Reporting to the Director of Front Office, you will ensure smooth overnight operations, uphold luxury service standards, and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Guest Services activities during the overnight shift, including check‑in/check‑out, concierge assistance and guest inquiries.
• Maintain accurate guest folios, reconcile accounts and perform nightly auditing duties.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, coordinating with Rooms Division and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety and financial guidelines.
• Lead, coach and schedule the overnight team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front‑office or guest services within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high service standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel front‑office systems and standard operating procedures.
