Guest Service Overnight Supervisor

About the role

Join Fairmont Southampton’s luxury team as a Guest Service Overnight Supervisor, overseeing the overnight Guest Services operations. You will ensure smooth processes, accurate night audit completion and maintain the brand’s high service standards throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional overnight guest service, resolve requests and concerns promptly while adhering to Guest Services SOPs and LSOPs.
• Complete end‑of‑day duties, night audit tasks, accurate folios, postings and credit‑card settlements, and prepare handover materials for the day team.
• Conduct pre‑arrival checks, maintain lobby presence, monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments as needed.
• Guide and support overnight colleagues, assist with training initiatives and service improvements.
• Reconcile daily revenue, prepare and distribute overnight reports, and uphold Fairmont luxury service standards, including VIP handling.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms and security incidents, and support property safety checks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in Guest Services, Front Office or Night Audit, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• High school diploma required; hospitality education preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
